Lisa Edelstein has been an American actor for more than 20 years. Most well-known is for her role on House on Fox. As a child of very strict Jewish background the actress moved from Wayne to New York City when she aged 18 and began attending Tisch School of Arts. She was soon involved in club culture, causing enough controversy that she caught the attention of the media. She used both her training in music and fame to create and star in a brand new musical called Positive Me. Awake the Wild Side, a show that she was host for MTV was soon her job. Once Awake on the Wild Side stopped being aired, she began acting in movies as well as on TV, starting with small roles. As time went on, her work as an actress increased.
